Sports Minister at Human Rights Day commemoration in Uitenhage

Sports Minister Fikile Mbalula will officiate at a Human Rights Day commemoration in Uitenhage on Wednesday.

The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality says the commemoration will focus on the 1985 Langa Massacre.

Spokesperson, Kupido Baron, says the main event takes place at the Nomatha-sanqa Primary School in Despatch.

He says this will be preceded by a wreath laying ceremony that will be led by Minister Mbalula, ANC provincial chairperson, Pumulo Masualle and Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Executive Mayor, Zanoxolo Wayile.
