The trial of a Somerset East businessman accused of raping a 54-year-old woman at her guesthouse in September 2017, has yet again been postponed.
AfriForum's Private Prosecution Unit, led by Advocate Gerrie Nel, is representing the victim, Celeste Gouws who appeared in the Somerset East District Court on Tuesday.
The private prosecution followed when the National Prosecuting Authority decided not to prosecute the matter.
AfriForum's, Jacques Broderyk, says the case was postponed for a third time after the accused appointed a new legal team.
They will be back in court again on 13 July.
