Seven people have been killed following a head on collision outside Queenstown towards Cofimvaba.
Police spokesperson, Namhla Mdleleni, says seven people were also critically injured in Monday's accident and have been taken to hospital.
She says accident occured between two vehicles carrying passengers.
Mdleleni says a Toyota Avanza burst into flames. Four of the six people who died in this vehicle were burnt beyond recognition.
One person died in the other vehicle.
Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
