The search continues today for the missing Giles single-seater aerobatics aircraft which went missing in the Eastern Cape on Wednesday.
Police captain John Fobian says they're concentrating their search on the Nanaga, Colchester and Uitenhage areas and that a possible sighting has just come in from the Patterson/Shamwari district.
"We will have members from our K9 search and rescue as well as other police members on the ground as well as family and friends that have come through. We will also have a SAPS helicopter to comb the various sights" he said
Its understood that the pilot was scheduled to take part in the Mossel Bay airshow this weekend.
