Search continues for missing Eastern Cape girl

 The search will continue on Tuesday for a nine-year-old grade two learner who is missing in the Bokness Lagoon near Kenton On Sea.

The child was with several other children who were accompanied by an adult to the beach on Sunday morning.

Govender says according to witnesses the child was last seen playing in knee deep water at the lagoon when she disappeared.

"We have got our search and rescue dog as well as police divers at the lagoon. They will continue with the search until they have success" she said
