A school boy from Great Brak River who allegedly stabbed a fellow learner with a knife in April last year will appear in the Mossel Bay Regional court on Friday
The 15 year old suspect allegedly stabbed a fellow learner to death with a knife when they were travelling on the school bus early in the morning.
The accused was a learner from the Great Brak Secondary School when the incident happened.
He was arrested and charged with murder after he allegedly stabbed a fellow learner, Joseph Isaacs, with a knife in the heart.
According to eyewitnesses, the two boys had an argument about a seat that both of them wanted to sit on.
The victim was declared dead in a hospital in George shortly after the incident.
The suspect was expelled from school pending the outcome of the court case.
He was released in the care of family members.
