Police have issued a stern warning to members of the community to not take the law into their own hands.
This follows the brutal killing of two suspected murderers in the early hours of this morning.
Police Spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Celiwe Binta says the drama started in the early hours of Sunday morning when two women were killed in Ngcobo, near Mthatha in two separate incidents.
A 21 year old was raped and killed whilst a 28 year old female was murdered in her sleep.
Police arrested two suspects and searched for one more.
Binta says this morning however they found two torched bodies 50 meters from the victims house.
Members of the community went looking for them as they strongly believed that they were also involved in the attack.
