Mystery surrounds the murder of an SANDF member who's body was found in Walmer Township this morning with several stab wounds.
Police spokesperson, captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says members of the Walmer police on patrol in Walmer Township early on Monday morning found the body of the 48-year-old man lying on the corner of Majola and Bucwa Streets.
She says police later found his car about three kilometres away with blood inside.
Janse Van Rensburg says the circumstances and the motive surrounding the murder is still the subject of the police investigation.
