SA National Parks has increased the reward on offer for information on the poisoning of dozens of jackals in the Addo Elephant National Park.
Sanparks regional spokesperson, Fayroush Ludick, says thanks to the generous donations from individuals and companies the reward on offer has increased from 10-thousand rand to R22 000.
Earlier this week a toxicology report confirmed that the animals succumbed to the poisonous carbamate pesticide “methomyl”.
