The former head of Communications at Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality will be appearing in court today.
Algoa FM News has learnt that Roland Williams was taken into custody in the past 24 hours.
This apparently relates to an investigation by Santam insurance company which reportedly involved the late tow truck operator Raven Rungan.
At the time it was reported that it had been arranged for Williams’s BMW to be smashed up so it looked as though it had been in an accident.
