The daughter of a woman who was murdered in her luxury Pinnacle Point Golf Estate home in Mossel Bay is offering a substantial reward in the hope of catching the killer.
79-year-old Margaretha Willemse was murdered in her home on the 4th of June this year and a 40-year-old suspect has been positively linked to the crime.
Willemse's daughter, Miah Heuer is now offering a reward of R50 000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect named by police as Lesotho national Clement Siabata Kholoane.
He's believed to either be in Bloemfontein or back across the border in Lesotho.
Willemse was found dead in her Pinnacle Point home with a wound to her neck.
Her 87 year-old husband Johannes had sustained stab wounds but survived the ordeal and alerted a neighbour's caretaker at around 10 am the same day.
Police spokesperson, Captain Malcolm Pojie, says Kholoane has been linked to Willemse's murder through his fingerprints which were found at the scene.
It is believed that he did gardening work for the victims.
The police are appealing to anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect to contact their nearest police station.
