Rape survivor and well known businesswoman, Andy Kawa, will today launch a national campaign of zero tolerance against sexual violence.
Kawa launched her organisation, Kwanele Enuf is Enuf, after she was raped while strolling on a Port Elizabeth beach in 2010.
Two men were arrested but later cleared of the charges, sparking Kawa into action to lobby against gender based violence.
Kawa will deliver the keynote address at the launch of the National Kwanele Enuf Zero Tolerance Campaign at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
The campaign will urge every man, woman and child to take a continuous and pro-active stand against sexual violence.
The initiative will also see the launch of 'Kwanele Wednesday's', an initiative to break the chains of silence, fear, tolerance and apathy that shroud gender based violence.
