Police seize counterfeit goods worth more than R100,000

Gelvendale police have arrested two Zimbabwean nationals for possession of counterfeit goods worth more than a R100,000.
Warrant Officer Dumile Gwavu says police received information at the weekend about counterfeit DVDs that were being manufactured at Nondlwana street in NU8 - Motherwell.
Gwavu says a variety of goods including printers, keyboards, computers and dvds were confiscated at the premises and at another house in NU10 section.
Two Zimbabwean men aged 27 and 26 were arrested.
They will be appearing in court today on charges of manufacturing and distributing counterfeit DVDs.
