East London police are searching for three suspects following an armed robbery at a farm in Gonubie on Saturday afternoon.
Provincial police spokesperson, Brigadier Tembinkosi Kinana says according to information, a 39-year-old woman was approached by the suspects and they threatened her with a firearm as she was driving out of the farm gate.
He says she was instructed to go back to the farmhouse and office to show them to the safe.
Kinana says one of them hit her with a firearm on the upper body.
The suspects fled the scene in the victim's white Toyota Prado with a rifle, two laptop computers, a handbag, two cellphones, and a wallet with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Brigadier Kinana says no shots were fired during the incident and nobody was injured.
He says the victim's vehicle was found abandoned next to the road about 3 km from the farm.
