Police have released pictures of jewelry taken from slain Riebeeck College teacher, Jayde Panayiotou, as the investigation into her murder continues.
She was reported missing from her residential complex on Tuesday morning, and her body was found near Kwanobuhle outside Uitenhage on Wednesday morning.
Police say in a statement that they are releasing pictures of the jewelry, in the hope that someone recognises it.
Jayde's engagement ring and wedding band were taken from her by the perpetrators.
Police say criminals often try and sell stolen goods to second hand shops or jewellery stores, or sometimes present it as gifts to girlfriends or acquaintances.
Anyone who recognises the rings have been asked to contact the Kabega Park police.
