Police Minister Nathi Mthetwa is due to deliver the keynote address at a seminar of the Independent Police Investigative Directorate in East London.
The two-day seminar on systemic corruption in the SA Police Service, is taking place from Tuesday morning at the International Convention Centre in Buffalo City.
Other speakers on the bill will come from the Hawks, the Special Investigative Unit and the organisation Corruption Watch.
IPID executive director, Francois Beukman, will also provide an update on the high profile investigations against police members in the Eastern Cape.
