Police have identified the cyclist who was killed on Friday when he collided with a truck on the R330.
Police Spokesperson Sergeant Majola Nkohli said he was the 67-year-old Garth Perry who lived in Cape St Francis.
Perry was cycling at about 6.30 on Friday morning in the direction of Humansdorp when he collided with a truck travelling in the opposite direction.
Nkohli said the exact circumstances around the accident would form part of their culpable homicide investigation.
He said the formal identification of Perry's body could only be done on Monday.
