Disgraced Port Elizabeth attorney, Michael Randell, will have to serve his four-year prison sentence for defrauding Greenwood Primary school out of 2.5 million rand.
This is after the Constitutional Court dismissed his application for leave to appeal his conviction saying it had no prospect of being successful.
Randall was sentenced in the Port Elizabeth's Commercial Crime's Court in 2016 to six years imprisonment, of which two years were suspended.
He committed the fraud while serving on the school's governing body between 1999 and 2006.
Randell's co-accused in the matter has already been convicted of the fraud.
Former Greenwood Primary headmaster, Patrick Shelver opted to plead guilty and was sentenced to pay a fine of R10 000 per month until 2020.
State Advocate Willhelm de Villers says Randell must report to the clerk of the court on Monday the 26th of November 2018 to start his prison sentence.
