Police from Port Elizabeth's Mount Road cluster have arrested a suspect for a beachfront gang-related shooting in which one person was killed.
Police spokesperson, captain Stanley Jarvis, says the suspect was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning at a caravan park in Jeffreys Bay.
He says a 23-year-old man will appear in court this week in connection with the murder of 37-year-old Graham Koll who was gunned down in broad daylight on the beachfront on Sunday 22 December.
Jarvis police were acting on information from the public and as part of the ongoing investigation.
The suspect will appear in court on Thursday on a charge of murder.
