Eastern Cape police have arrested two men in connection with the murder of former ANC MP David Dlali.
Provincial police spokesperson, brigadier Marinda Mills, says 22-year-old farm manager, Simthembile Jakalase and 20-year-old herder, Matselandile Mehlomakhulu, appeared in court on Thursday in connection with Dlali's murder.
They were remanded in custody and will appear in court again on Friday.
Mills says police also recovered an AK 47 rife, two magazines and 11 rounds of ammunition as well as R5000 in cash.
Dlali's body was found with gunshot wounds in his bakkie on his farm near Matatiele on Monday.
