Person dies after collision on N2 near Wilderness

One person had died in a head on collission on the N-2 near Wilderness.

Southern Cape police spokesperson, captain Malcolm Pojie, says the accident happened about 3.30 on Thursday morning at Swartvlei between a Vito bus and a truck.

He says the driver of the Vito is in a critical condition while the passenger died on the scene.

Pojie says the cause of the accident is under investigation.

The name of the deceased has not yet been released.
