Pedestrian knocked down near Addo

Kirkwood police are looking for the driver of a vehicle who allegedly knocked down a pedestrian, fatally injuring him on Friday evening.

Police spokesperson, Lt Col Priscilla Naidu says the driver did not stop after the collision.

She says the dismembered body of 50-year old Nompoiza Festile of Dunbrody Farm was found lying on the side of the road between Addo and Kirkwood.

Police are investigating a case of Culpable Homicide.
