 Port Elizabeth police are still searching for four men who shot and killed a woman and wounded another in a brutal attack in a house in Kwazakhele.

Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Dumile Gwavu, says the 45-year-old victim was shot 15 times in the head and upper body while a 28-year-old woman was shot six times but survived and is in hospital.

He says the gunmen fled the scene.

The victim has not been identified.

The incident happened on Friday already but the police only issued a statement today.
