A Port Elizabeth woman who was charged with the pointing of a firearm at EFF supporters in a shopping mall made a brief appearance in court on Thursday.
Fifty-two-year-old Dianne Attwell arrived at court accompanied by her husband and legal counsel, advocate Terry Price.
She was charged this week following an altercation with EFF members protesting outside a Clicks store in Walmer Park Shopping Centre.
The party initially declined to press charged but decided later in the day to lodge a formal complaint.
Her case was postponed to the 6th of November and she's out on warning.
