Three Port Elizabeth teens charged with the murder of a 42-year-old man are due to appear in juvenile court on Monday.
The boys, aged between 16 and 17, first appeared at Nerina House early last month.
The victim cannot be identified to protect the identity of one of the teens who is said to be the son of the man's fiance'.
Police said at the time that the man and the youth had an argument when the boy went to fetch two friends.
The boys from Framesby High School returned and then allegedly attacked the man and beat him to death.
