PE police investigate Schauderville attempted murder

Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of attempted murder after a drive by shooting in Schauderville.

Police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says 3 men were walking in Highfield road on Thursday when a white golf with two suspects approached them.

Van Rensburg says the two suspects fired multiple shots and wounded a 19-year old man in his lower back.

She says police suspect the incident to be gang related.

No arrests have been made.
