Port Elizabeth police have arrested a 34-year old man for being in possession of suspected stolen world cup memorabilia.
Police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg says police on patrol in Sydenham on Friday morning when they became suspicious of a man pushing an industrial trolley packed with goods.
Van Rensburg says upon further investigation police discovered computer games, coins and Fifa world cup memorabilia such as jackets.
She says police linked the items to a burglary which took place at a business premises in North End on Thursday night.
The suspect will appear in court on Monday.
