Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of culpable homicide, after a young man was killed in a car accident in Park Drive near St Georges hospital on Friday evening.
Spokesperson, Capt Sandra Janse van Rensburg says the 24-year old man from Mangold Park apparently lost control of the vehicle, and collided into a tree.
She says he died at the scene.
Janse van Rensburg says they call on anyone with information to contact the police to assist in the investigation.
