Police in Port Elizabeth are investigating a case of culpable homicide following a motor vehicle accident on Old Cape Road on Monday afternoon.
Spokesperson Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says a VW Golf GTI was driving from Greenbushes to Rowallan Park just after 4 pm when the driver lost control of the vehicle and overturned.
The 35-year-old Denver Howe, from Schauderville, died on the scene whilst another passenger was injured and taken to hospital.
Janse van Rensburg says the investigation continues.
