Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of culpable homicide, following a fatal accident between a bus and a car on Old Bethelsdorp Road in Missionvale on Friday evening.
Spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg says it is alleged that a Datsun Go was travelling towards Uitenhage Road when the driver lost control of his vehicle and veered into oncoming traffic and collided with the bus.
She says 42-year old Rudi Tobias was alone in the Datsun and died on the scene.
