New Brighton police are investigating a murder case after the body of a 35-year-old man was found with stab wounds at Mahlangu Street on Monday morning.
Police spokesperson, Constable Mncedi Mbombo says the body was found by a family member at 9am, at the victim's informal home.
Mbombo says the man allegedly quarreled with his girlfriend on Sunday night.
It is alleged that following the fight, the deceased went to his girlfriend's house and broke several windows.
