PE man found murdered in house

Port Elizabeth police are investigating a murder case, after a 69 year old man was shot and killed in New Brighton on Sunday night. 

Spokesperson, Constable Mncedi Mbombo says the victim's 55 year old wife found his body lying next to the refrigerator in the kitchen after returning home from church.

He says the body had several bullet wounds in the face and upper body.

Mbombo says the motive for the attack is unknown.

No arrests have yet been made.
