The husband of a Port Elizabeth police Constable who was gunned down outside her Motherwell home last month, is due to appear in court on Thursday.
The 36-year-old man was arrested at a memorial service for his wife in Kwazakhele this week.
He's the fourth suspect to be arrested for the murder of Nomathamsanqa Tsitsi.
She was shot dead in her car on November 12th, as she arrived at her Motherwell home from work.
Police say an unknown male approached her and fired several shots towards her vehicle, a black Citroen. She sustained injuries to the upper body and passed away on the scene.
The motive for the murder is under investigation.
