Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of culpable homicide, after a 5-year old boy was hit and killed by a motorvehicle in Arcadia on Saturday.
Spokesperson, WO Alwin Labans says the child was riding his skateboard in a street, and was hit by a vehicle.
He says the driver of a VW Polo was arrested at the scene for driving under the influence of alcohol.
The 47-year old man will appear in court tomorrow.
