PE angler shot and killed

An angler has been shot dead in Swartkops, Port Elizabeth.

Police spokesperson, Constable Mncedi Mbombo, says the victim was in his 30s.

His name has not yet been released.

Mbombo says police have arrested a suspect and seized his firearm.

More details surrounding the murder are not available, and the motive for the killing is unknown.
