It's been a real boom time for Port Elizabeth strategic brand agency, Boomtown.
In the past 10 days the agency scooped its third award across three continents, capping off what creative director Andrew Mckenzie said was a fantastic November.
Earlier this month Boomtown won a Clio Award in New York, an Assegai at home and now an Epica award in Europe which for the first time opened the competition globally.
Mckenzie says they're hoping that the local and international awards are just the beginning of things to come.
"We are very proud of the fact that we are picking up international awards and it just goes to show that even if you are based in Nelson Mandela Bay you can compete in the national arena. This has now set the platform for us to really expand our national footprint, particularly in Jhb and Cape Town. Winning great creative awards certainly puts us on the map, particularly in that regard" Mckenzie said.
