Port Elizabeth police have opened a fraud investigating against a local distribution company.
That's for allegedly selling current advertising inserts belonging to major retail companies as recycled paper instead of distributing them as per their contract.
Police spokesperson, captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says members of their vehicle tracing unit intercepted a truck on the N2 by Stanford road on Wednesday morning that was filled to the brim with newspaper inserts.
She says a case of fraud is now under investigation.
