Parents in shock following death of beloved PE teacher

Port Elizabeth police have launched an investigation, following the death of a Kabega Park woman.

Spokesperson, Captain Johann Rheeder says 57-year old Maureen Meyer, a teacher and owner of the "Clever Kids creché" in the suburb sustained critical burn wounds.

A family member confirmed to Algoa FM news that the school has been closed until further notice, adding that a statement would be released as soon as a full forensic report has been concluded.
