Defence counsel for PE murder accused, Christopher Panayiotou, say they will be bringing an application for bail.
Twenty-eight-year-old Panayiotou is accused of orchestrating the kidnapping and murder of his wife Jayde, who taught at Riebeek College in Uitenhage.
His lawyer, Alwyn Griebenow, said they will be approaching the state advocate to arrange a date for a bail hearing.
He told Algoa FM News that it will "definitely"be before Panayiotou's next scheduled court date on the 19 June.
Panayiotou appeared in court on Monday and faces four charges, conspiracy to commit murder, murder, kidnapping and robbery with aggravating circumstances.
Another accused, 30-year-old Sizwesakhe Vumazonke, appeared in court Tuesday where his case was postponed to June 19.
A third accused, Thando Siyoli, is due to make another court appearance on Thursday.
