Police Captain Bernadine Steyn says two of the cases were opened earlier this week.
A 16-year-old teenager and two women, aged 19 and 20, claim that the man sexually assaulted them from June 2011.
They alleged that they were working at a restaurant in Voortrekker Road when the crimes were committed.
