One killed in EC accident

One person was killed and two seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash outside East London on Friday morning.

Provincial traffic spokesperson, Charles Bramwell, said the accident occurred between a truck and two cars.

He said it is alleged that the truck hit one car from behind, pushing it into an oncoming car.

"One person was fatally injured while two others were seriously injured and taken to hospital," he said.
