The trial of the controversial Nigerian pastor, Timothy Omotoso and his two accused is set to finally get underway on Monday.
Omotoso has been behind bars since his dramatic arrest at the Port Elizabeth Airport almost three years ago.
During the last appearance of Omotoso, Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitho, the State indicated their readiness to proceed by calling their first witness.
This is a fresh trial set to start after the Judge in the previous matter recused himself.
The new trial was also delayed for almost a year as Omotoso brought several appeals to Higher Courts which were all dismissed.
The trio faces more than 90 charges that include rape, human trafficking and racketeering.
