The Controversial Nigerian pastor Timothy Omotoso was back in the Port Elizabeth High Court on Thursday.
The 59-year-old pastor was launching an appeal on his bid bail after his first two applications were turned down in the PE Magistrate's court.
Judge Glenn Goosen, however, dismissed his appeal.
Omotoso is facing 18 charges of Human trafficking, 13 of Rape and 16 of sexual assault.
He was arrested at the PE airport in April and has been in custody ever since.
The case has been postponed until the 5th of December.
Two women were recently arrested at Redhouse outside Port Elizabeth on charges of recruiting young girls for Omotoso and monitoring their movements.
They're out on bail of 2-thousand each.
Both Omotoso and the two women must be back in court on Tuesday.
