The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality says the 2013 General Valuation Roll is available for inspection on the municipal website and all customer care centres.
The chairperson of the Budget and Treasury Portfolio Committee, Balu Naran, has urged residents to use the opportunity to inspect the valuation role on time.
He says the valuation roll is available for inspection until the 19th of April.
Naran says property owners will receive a mailed notice containing an extract of the Valuation Roll pertaining to their property by the end of February.
