The level of Nelson Mandela Bay’s main supply dams has reached another all-time low of 15.09% of total combined capacity.
The largest supply dam, the Kouga, is at its lowest level ever of 5.74% according to the latest figures released by the Municipality.
The second-largest supply dam, the Impofu, is at 15.63% and Churchill at 37.56%.
The smaller Loerie dam, which is, in essence, a feeder dam, is 53.64% full.
The Groendal dam, which serves the Kariega/Uitenhage area, is at 33.09% of capacity.
