Two Nigerian citizens have been arrested in Oudtshoorn for being in possession of Tik to the value of R150 000.
Police spokesperson, Captain Bernadine Steyn says the arrests were made on Wednesday, after members of the K9 unit noticed a white Toyota Corolla on the road between George and Oudtshoorn, and followed it.
She says a high speed chase ensued, but the vehicle was later pulled over in Oudtshoorn, and searched.
Steyn says police found a paper bag containing the drug hidden in the engine.
