Police in Humewood are on the hunt for murder suspects after the body of a Nigerian man was found in St Georges in Gqeberha.
Spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says the body of 36-year-old, Paul Okechukwu was pointed out by a local security company in Park Drive after 8 am.
She says he sustained a gunshot wound to the head.
It is alleged that a passer-by who was en route to work first spotted the body.
Janse Van Rensburg says Okechukwu’s white Mercedes Benz was found parked nearby and has been impounded for further investigation.
She says the motive for the murder is unknown at this stage and anyone who can assist with information relating to the case is urged to contact the police.
