A high school learner from Nico Malan High School at Humansdorp has opened a case of assault with police after being stabbed on a school bus in the town on Friday.
Police spokesperson, Sergeant Majola Nkohli told AlgoaFM news the case was opened at the Jeffrey's Bay police station on Saturday.
Nkohli says there were a group of learners on the bus at the time of the incident and that the 18 year-old complainant was stabbed several times.
Nkohli said no-one had been arrested at this stage but that police were investigating.
