Port Elizabeth police say a fire started at around 6 o'clock on Tuesday morning inside Cash Crusaders in Cape Road, Newton Park.
The cause of the fire is unknown and situation is under control.
Spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says the cause of the fire is unknown and will form part of an investigation.
The damage was mostly behind the building at the storeroom and offices whilst the front section of the shop had a lot of water damage.
Nobody was injured during the fire
