After serving her allotted three years on the Knysna & Partners Board, Kathy White has decided to hand over the reins of chairperson to Philip Hendrickse.
White said in a statement that she and vice-chair, Hendrickse had been working side-by-side during her term as chair and that he was the obvious person to take over the reins from her.
White added that she will still be available in an advisory capacity where needed.
Although Hendrickse's health had been a concern over the past months, he said it will not prevent him from giving his full attention to his role as chairperson of Knysna & Partners.
He also lauded the value that the new vice-chair, Shane Kidwell will be bring to the position.
